The valley and surrounding mountains are home to a multitude of animals, particularly deer, moose and elk in the meadows, while beaver, geese, loons, ducks and blue heron frequent the creeks and ponds. A network of trails invite you into the great outdoors, while a warm hearth welcomes you home. Western Montana's recreation playground surrounds you within a short driving distance.

Set privately amidst forest and pasture and within earshot of Abbott Creek, our historical cabins and guest houses provide you with the authentic atmosphere of the early 1900's when Montana settlers came to this area. The interiors have been updated and each cabin includes all the modern accessories to make your vacation easy. Each cabin has a fully appointed kitchen, two to three bedrooms, a full bath, a laundry, a wood stove and electric heat. All bedding, linens and kitchenware are provided. All historical cabins and guest houses have a large yard with a picnic table and a gas barbeque. The yards are bright with flowers from June through September, while Winter is soft and peaceful with snow. Off season, enjoy spectacular Fall colors in September and October; excellent bird and wildlife viewing in April and May, and no Summer crowds.
