As you enter the front door, you will be greeted with the private study offering a dedicated work space and a queen-sized sleeper sofa with room for up to two guests. Across the hall is a full-sized bathroom. The open concept main living area is beautifully decorated with a leather couch, a large Smart TV, and amazing views of Lone Peak! The kitchen is fully-stocked and has brand new appliances! The dining room table sits up to 6 guests and the kitchen island sits up to 3 guests. Head out to the balcony where the Traeger Grill is available and seating to enjoy those mountain views! On the lower level, you will find the master bedroom which has a king-sized bed to accommodate two people, with an ensuite bathroom and access to the private hot tub! There is also a bunk room with two twin bunk beds and one with a twin trundle! There is a full bathroom and a laundry room available on this level for you to enjoy as well! This home is equipped with a 1-car garage available for a small car and offers ski storage and a boot drying rack!
