YES! Stay Montana is incredibly excited to announce our new WINTER SKI SHUTTLE for all of Big Sky! We’re proud to say that Stay Montana is the first in the market to offer this appealing service with our Mercedes Benz Sprinter! It will significantly increase the appeal of all our Big Sky Properties. This will be a great benefit for our guests staying at these Meadow Properties as the ski-in/ski-out properties fill up quickly!
We have many beautiful Meadow properties available that are great locations for your vacation this season. Check out our Firelight Chalets, Hidden Village, Bear Track Lodge, Skycrest and Alpenglow Properties and book your ski vacation now.
Once you have your dates reserved, call our concierge team to make a shuttle reservation and avoid having to park at the far end of the Free Skier’s Lot! Our shuttle driver will pick you up at the door of your vacation rental and deliver you to and from the base of the ski resort. Our concierge can also help coordinate ski rentals and Big Sky Resort lift ticket purchases – just let us know how we can help you! The Stay Montana shuttle will be available daily from 9 am to 5 pm and is based on availability.
Another option, if the Stay Montana shuttle is not available, is the Skyline Shuttle. This shuttle is convenient and makes stops on it’s Mountain Loop schedule to most of our vacation rental locations. You can also take the Skyline shuttle down to restaurants in the canyon. Make sure to check out the Gallatin Riverhouse Grill, one of our personal favorites!

While Punxsutawney Phil has predicted an early spring for 2019, we think he’s wrong this year!
Our Big Sky mountains and surrounding region have received regular snowfall, with more on the way…
Sixteen feet of snow has fallen so far at Big Sky Resort this season and late January snowstorms brought over 4 feet of fresh powder in the latter half of January. Big Sky Resort (as of Jan 30) reports the following conditions:
- Mid-mountain base: 50″
- High alpine base: 77″
- Andesite base: 45″
- Lifts open: 36/36
It’s not too late to fit in a great ski vacation this season! Conditions are fantastic, Stay Montana has great lodging options available, and there are more flights than ever now coming to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. If you live in Montana, it’s only a few hours’ drive to experience epic ski conditions.
Big Sky Resort recently announced the return of the April Pass, featuring 21 days of spring skiing for $221. Information is available at aprilpass.com. Must be purchased before Feb 11, so don’t delay!
Additionally, Big Sky Big Grass – bluegrass festival – has moved to April 11-13 this year. Magnificent music combined with spring skiing makes for great memories.
We hope to see you soon!
