About Us

Luis was born in California and raised in Idaho, his family now considers Montana home. After 6 years in the United States Coast Guard Luis explored many career fields before landing with Hayden Beverage Company a Beer, Wine, and Non-Alcoholic beverage distributor. He started as a Delivery Driver in Boise, ID and over 10 years was provided an opportunity to expand the business in Montana, spending 5 years as the General Manager.

Married since 2006, Luis has 3 children. He is passionate about fishing, golf, and travel, he also enjoys breweries, wineries, and good food. In Luis' free time, he appreciates movie nights, music, and playing Mario Kart with his family.

Amber’s the kind of person who makes you feel right at home—even if you’re miles from it. As the Director of Owner Relations at Stay Montana, she’s all about helping homeowners find the perfect partnership and making sure every guest falls in love with Big Sky (just like she did).

A longtime Montana local and proud Montana State grad (go Bobcats!), Amber brings over 17 years of hospitality experience and a true passion for connecting people to this special place. She’s a natural leader, a team player, and a big believer that the little things make a big difference.

At home, she’s got a full crew—her husband David, their sweet daughter Vaeda, and three dogs who definitely think they run the house. Skiing? Not her thing. But summer in Montana? She’s all in—camping, wildflowers, lakeside sunsets... yes, please.

Amber’s always happy to share her favorite local spots (the ones you won’t find in the guidebooks), and she puts her heart into everything she does—especially growing Stay Montana in ways that feel real, personal, and welcoming.

Charlotte and her family relocated to Montana six years ago from Nampa, Idaho. They landed in the small community of Manhattan and have loved every minute of it! Charlotte and her husband have three beautiful children and when they are not traveling for their son’s competitive soccer or their daughter's softball games they love to go hiking, fishing and camping.

Rashelle is a seasoned management professional and outdoor enthusiast with over 15 years of experience creating exceptional guest experiences. A native of Summit County, Utah, she has spent the past three years building strong roots in Whitefish, Montana, where she continues to embrace the mountain lifestyle. Whether it’s snowmobiling in the winter, paddleboarding in the summer, or sharing local trail secrets year-round, Rashelle is passionate about connecting people with the outdoors and the communities she calls home. Her local knowledge and energetic approach make her an invaluable resource for those seeking unforgettable adventures in Montana.

Cheyenne is an MSU graduate with over a decade of sales experience spanning medical, software, and luxury vacation rentals. She brings a strong blend of industry knowledge and strategic insight to every homeowner partnership. Known for her relationship-driven approach, she combines data-backed decision making with the hallmark warmth of Montana hospitality to help owners maximize their investment and enhance guest experiences.

Originally from Hawaii and now a long-time Montana local, Cheyenne lives in the small town of Three Forks with her husband and their three dogs. When she’s not meeting with homeowners or exploring new opportunities for Stay Montana, you’ll find her in the mountains hunting or skiing, running the local rodeo in the summers, or road-tripping throughout the West. She’s passionate about sharing these places with others and helping owners and guests experience all that Montana has to offer.

Chris & Jen have over 55 years of combined hospitality experience working and learning from great companies like Vail Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, & Marriott. They are proud of the fact they started out in positions of bellman and busser and worked their way to key leadership roles in some of the most respected companies in the hotel and resort industry.

Chris and Jen were married in Moonlight Basin 22 years ago and enjoy life in Montana with their two teenagers. They keep busy traveling to watch them play competitive golf and soccer. Chris serves as Treasurer on the Board of Visit Big Sky.
