About Us

Chris & Jen have over 55 years of combined hospitality experience working and learning from great companies like Vail Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, & Marriott. They are proud of the fact they started out in positions of bellman and busser and worked their way to key leadership roles in some of the most respected companies in the hotel and resort industry.

Chris and Jen were married in Moonlight Basin 20 years ago and enjoy life in Montana with their two teenagers. They keep busy traveling to watch them play competitive golf and soccer. Chris serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Big Sky Ski Education Foundation (BSSEF) and also Visit Big Sky.

David is located in the Flathead Valley, loves snowboarding, is passionate about mountain living and being a dad to his sweet baby girl. He grew up in the Denver, Colorado area and attended the University of Colorado Denver. David's drive to create memorable experiences for guests started as he worked in Breckenridge, CO for Vail Resorts and he now guides his guest service and operations teams towards that goal everyday. If you don't find David snowboarding through the trees, then you will find him mountain biking with his two dogs or relaxing with his wife, Ashley and daughter, Ellie.

With an MBA specializing in Marketing, Laura brings 18+ years of hospitality marketing experience to the Stay Montana team. Laura started her career in Tahoe, then lived in other gorgeous mountainous places such as Aspen and Telluride, Colorado before moving to Whitefish, Montana to start a family with her husband.

When she’s not glued to her laptop, you’ll find Laura hiking with her pup, skiing, boating, rafting, trying to learn how to play hockey, or chasing her toddlers.

Laura is active in Flathead Valley community events, such as the Whitefish & Bigfork Chambers and Powerhouse Flathead so say hi if you see her!

Reggie was born in Montana but grew up in Arizona. She moved back to Montana for college and has loved every minute. Reggie enjoys the snow and also the heat. Her primary passion is dance, currently aerial, and of course, all the rest of the MT hobbies… camping, rafting, snowboarding, etc. She grew up in customer service and has over seven years of multi-unit management. Reggie is passionate about keeping your home pristine and welcoming for not only the guests but also the owners!

Amber is a long-time Montana resident and brings a wealth of expertise to the Stay Montana team. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and has her degree in Accounting from Montana State University. Amber is a natural leader for the Stay Montana team and has a passion for making sure that our guests and owners have a five-star experience every time! When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying the natural beauty of Montana with her husband and three dogs!

Charlotte and her family relocated to Montana six years ago from Nampa, Idaho. They landed in the small community of Manhattan and have loved every minute of it! Charlotte and her husband have three beautiful children and when they are not traveling for their son’s competitive soccer or their daughter's softball games they love to go hiking, fishing and camping.

Alicia is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry, specializing in short-term vacation rentals in Big Sky for the past 7 years. She excels in building close relationships with homeowners to understand the unique qualities of each property. Passionate about sharing the wonders of Big Sky, Alicia finds joy in connecting visitors with the magic of the area. When not working, she enjoys snowmobiling and snowboarding in winter, and golfing, fishing, or relaxing by the lake in summer.
