No "Nickel & Diming"
We do not believe in nickel and diming our property owners. We do not charge for supply items like light bulbs and batteries, or for cleaning supplies and arrival items like soap and shampoo. Wherever possible, we will waive the costs of quick maintenance visits and non-specialized handiwork.
Every Guest Screened
We provide enhanced vetting services to head off potential problems before they happen. We personally reach out to all confirmed reservations to learn more about the nature of the incoming arrival, get the names of everyone in the travel party, and obtain a signed guest contract. We also require all guests to keep a credit card on file.
We are thrilled to announce our new Stay Montana cancellation policy! This policy allows guests to cancel up to 2 days prior to arrival for a 100% refund.
Stay Montana is able to offer this flexible policy by purchasing Rental Guardian's Master Cancel Insurance on behalf of our owners. Our insurance will cover cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival; if the guest cancels and we are not able to rebook those dates, up to 90% of the income will still be paid out to our owners. This insurance is very costly for us, but an investment we felt was worth it to protect the income of our owners.
This policy creates industry-leading flexibility in the marketplace to book worry-free. We are not aware of any other company in our market that is implementing this new cancellation policy. This new offering will significantly increase guest loyalty and satisfaction to strengthen our Stay Montana brand.

Home Watch Program
We are dedicated to offering homeowners the ultimate piece-of-mind with our home watch program. Every two weeks, regardless of your home’s occupancy, our staff will walk the interior and exterior of your home to monitor the security and condition of your home. This inspection timeline meets the criteria of most home insurance requirements.
Our inspection process ensures a high standard of care. Utilizing an extensive 40+ point checklist, a member of our team will walk through your home to ensure the upkeep and working condition of your property. This inspection is completed three times between every guest stay.
