Big Sky Country State Fair

SUMMER - usually around July 20-23 The annual State Fair has so many fun things to do! Indulge in your favorite fair foods, watch incredible performers and attend the rodeo for a true Montana experience! Plus, so much more!

Sweet Pea Festival

Summer - usually around August 5-7


This 3 day festival kicks off Friday with a performance by Montana Shakespeare in the Parks. Saturday includes a children's run and parade. Music, performances by theatre and dance troupes, workshops and a flower show are all part of the entertainment. Don't miss the beer and wine garden and the arts and grafts vendors!

Bite of Bozeman

Part of the Sweet Pea Festival, the Bite of Bozeman is a Festival within a Festival. It celebrates the local delicacies and culinary arts of Bozeman.

Gallatin Valley Farmers' Market

Summer SLAM Festival

SUMMER - usually around August 6-7


Summer SLAM Festival has something to offer for everyone including an artists' market, live music, a culinary delights food court, a libations garden, a silent auction and activities for families!

MSU Homecoming

Montana State Football takes on the University of Idaho in this Big Sky conference game. Come to celebrate the Bobcat homecoming tradition, Go Cats!

Bridger Raptor Festival

FALL - Typically Early October This annual area event centers around the largest known Golden Eagle migration in the US. Since 1991 a raptor migration count has taken place each fall at Bridger Bowl.

Yellowstone Revealed

Mountain Time Arts (MTA) is pleased to present Yellowstone Revealed, a series of place-based projects by an inter-tribal group of Indigenous artists and scholars. The first three artworks will premiere in Yellowstone National Park in August 2022.
