The second floor holds three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite with a custom tile shower. Bedroom 2 is a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is the bunk room, a queen bed plus a lofted full-size bed above it, good for kids or a couple extra people, and there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo down the hall from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Up on the third floor is the main living space, and it's the kind of open layout that's actually made for a group, not just photographed that way. The kitchen has blue tile, black granite counters, and appliances that can keep up if someone in your group actually likes to cook, plus a breakfast bar that seats 3. The dining table seats up to 6. There's a gas fireplace with some nice custom metalwork around it, and an oversized sectional in front of the smart TV for whoever wants to just sit down after a long day. A full bathroom with a tile shower serves this floor and the loft above it. Speaking of which, that spiral staircase in the living room leads up to bedroom 4, the loft. To be clear: it's not a closed-off room with a door; it's an open sofa-sleeper setup, and it works best for kids, an extra couple, or anyone who doesn't mind an open layout. If everyone in your group needs a private room, plan around the 3 bedrooms downstairs and think of the loft as bonus space.
