Welcome to Copperlight Chalet! Imagine arriving in Big Sky as the mountains begin to glow in the afternoon light. You step inside Copperlight Chalet, leave the day behind, and look up to vaulted ceilings framed by rich wood. Through the expansive windows, Lone Peak rises in the distance, reminding you that you’ve arrived somewhere special.
After a day on the slopes or exploring Big Sky’s trails, the chalet becomes your place to slow down. Gather in the living room, settle in beside the gas fireplace, and watch the mountains change as the evening light moves across the peaks. In the kitchen, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances make it easy to prepare a favorite meal and linger around the table long after dinner is finished.
When it’s time to turn in, two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms offer a peaceful retreat for families or friends traveling together. One bedroom has a charming window nook and a full-sized crib, creating a special little corner for families with young children. Throughout the home, rich wood furnishings, soft lighting, and mountain-inspired details create an atmosphere that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive.
Then there’s the balcony. Step outside with your morning coffee and breathe in the crisp mountain air. In summer, listen to the quiet of the surrounding landscape as the day begins. In winter, snow settles over the evergreens, transforming the view into a true Montana winter scene. As evening arrives, watch the sun disappear behind Lone Peak and let the mountains have the final word on the day.
At Copperlight Chalet, the best moments aren’t always the adventures you planned. Sometimes they’re the quiet ones: a cup of coffee overlooking the peaks, a family gathered around the table, or the simple feeling of being together in a beautiful place.
This is your Big Sky story, and it begins at Copperlight Chalet.
